1. Condition of Items

 

All outfits sold through Preloved Desi are preloved and may have minor signs of wear.

We ensure to:

• Inspect each item carefully

• Photograph it clearly

• Mention any visible flaws (if any)

Buyers acknowledge that:

​

• Minor wear due to previous use is normal and expected.

• Items are sold as-is and are not new, unless stated otherwise.

2. Sizing & Fit

 

Because sizing varies by brand and tailoring:

​

• All listed sizes are based on the seller’s information.

• We provide approximate measurements when possible.

• Preloved Desi is not responsible if the item does not fit perfectly after purchase.

3. Returns

 

We have a 2 days return policy once the outfit is delivered. The buyer to come forward if the outfit is not as per your expectations.

​

You shall bear the delivery cost to Preloved Desi’s address and shall be liable in case of any damage or loss during return. Preloved Desi reserves the right to inspect the quality of the outfit and if same does not match the quality when delivered initially to buyer, there shall be no money refunds. If post inspection the outfit is as per delivery standards, the buyer shall be refunded 100%.

4. Payment & Reservation

 

Items are sold on a first come, first served basis. We can reserve for 24 hours with a small non-refundable deposit. Once you book a purchase, delivery shall be made within 10 days.

5. Pickup / Delivery

 

You may choose:

​

• Pickup (location shared privately), or

• Delivery via third-party service at the buyer’s cost.

​

Once the item is handed to the delivery partner, Preloved Desi is not responsible for delays or handling.

​

 

6. Authenticity

 

Preloved Desi relies on information provided by sellers.

​

We do our best to verify, however: Designer / Boutique labels and claims are provided by the seller.
